  Hello, Flower Doctor here, NARCISSUS Botanical Name: Narcissus species Common Names: Daffodils, Jonquils What to look for:

• Fully open flowers as these flowers will have a longer vase life

What to do:

• Re-cut stems, removing at least 2cm
• Daffodils� and Jonquils exude a sap when the stems are cut that is harmful to other cut flowers, after re-cutting , put daffodils alone in a container for at least 24 hours before them with other flowers. Do not re-cut again.
• Keep away from draughts and direct sunlight
