CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY

All designs are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet food and gifts that will be delivered, they may occasionally vary due to seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards. In some cases substation of similar value and quality may be necessary to fulfill your requirements

As a valued customer of Boydita Flowers Delivered, we want you to know you have the right to expect the following standards in relation to our performance:

1. You will always receive personalised friendly courteous service in all communications and dealings that you have with us. We value your custom and strive towards a long term relationship.

2. Our staff are a professional team of qualified florists and our team is led by an international award winning designer.

3. Continual training is undertaken to ensure florists are up to date with the latest designs in the industry.

4. You, the customer will always be listened to, so that we can ensure you are receiving the very best customer service.

5. We guarantee unique floral designs of the freshest quality.

6. We guarantee same day delivery (Central Coast Wide), Monday-Saturday if order is placed prior to 1pm Mon-Fri and 11am Saturday. For orders placed after this time, deliveries can not be guaranteed on the same day. We do not deliver on Sundays.

7. Deliveries can be made locally, interstate and overseas.

8. We are proud of the quality of our work and will ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Consulting services are available on request for that special event or function and will be costed on an hourly basis.

Delivery and Service Charges: The standard delivery fee applies to most areas of Australia, if an additional delivery fee is applicable you will be advised.

International Orders: The selected item delivered will be a floral arrangement in that country's cultural equivalent & GST will not apply. Being an overseas order a consultant will contact you immediately to inform if that country incurs an additional re-direction or extra delivery charge & confirm before processing payment.

Liquor guidelines: Liquor can only be supplied in NSW, SA, TAS and WA. Liquor can only accompany a floral design & must be signed by a recipient who is 18 years or over

Cancellation of orders, should you need to cancel your order you will receive a refund less a $15 administration fee if notice is received 24hrs prior to the delivery date. Less than 24hrs notice a fee of 50% of the total order value will be charged. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and on route with our delivery driver.
