About Davistown
Davistown is a south-eastern suburb and is one of the suburbs of the Central Coast region of New South Wales. It is a part of the Central Coast Council local government area, too. History of Davistown
Davistown was named after the Davis family. They established successful shipbuilding firms in the 19th century. During 1869 and 1879, Davis built 34 vessels at Davistown and a 15 at Bensville.
